Richland County Elections and Voter Registration to hold photo ID workshops | Events

The Richland County Elections and Voter Registration office will conduct two educational workshops for the public on Photo ID.  The presentation will explain new types of identification required to vote at the polls. 

• Wednesday, January 16, beginning at 6:00 p.m.  County Council Chambers, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia.
• Tuesday, February 12, beginning at 6:00 p.m.  County Council Chambers, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia.

Information will include:

• five ID’s allowed for voting
• how to obtain a voter registration card with a photo
• provisional voting without a photo ID
