Gamecocks to Begin Spring Soccer Play | News

The South Carolina women's soccer team has announced an eight-game spring schedule that includes home dates against in-state rivals The Citadel and College of Charleston.

To kickoff the season, the Gamecocks will host the Citadel in a home contest against The Citadel on Friday Feb. 8 at 6p.m. The game will be held at Stone Stadium.  On Saturday, Feb 23, South Carolina will host a double-header against College of Charleston at (10 a.m.) and Georgia State (4 p.m.).  The team will faceoff against the CESA boys at 6:30 p.m.

After taking a week off for spring break, the Gamecocks will travel to a CESA event to play the Davidson Bulldogs and another opponent that is to be determined.  Stone Stadium will host another spring soccer double-header on Sunday, April 7 with games against Coastal Carolina (10 a.m.) and Charlotte (4 p.m.).

The annual Alumni Game will be played Saturday April 13 at 11 a.m. at Stone Stadium.
