“We are living in a world today where lemonade is made from artificial flavors and furniture polish is made from lemons.” – Lere’ Robinson, Nutrition Consultant
Wow. I THOUGHT I was a healthy eater. I exercise like crazy and go for products that say low fat or no fat, whole grains or whole wheat. I may not limit the brownies, but I sure don’t go down the processed food aisles. I’m in the middle of taking a nutrition class by Lere’ Robinson of Alive Again. It’s called Boot Camp. And it is kicking me! I’m blown away at the chemicals and sugar content in many of the so-called healthy foods. Lere’ has an extensive knowledge of little and major changes we can make in our diets to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. .
Join me Thursday, February 9th as I welcome Lere' to the monthly Palmetto Center for Women’s Trinity Focus Luncheon.
