While making his way to Gainesville to cover the South Carolina versus Florida football game, WIS’s sports director Rick Henry decided to make a quick pit stop for a bite to eat and ran into a woman who he calls the number one Gamecock fan of all-time.

Margaret Schofield is Florida-bound and riding in style in her Mini Cooper.

“No one asks me if I’m a Clemson fan, because I’m not,” said Margaret.

According to Margaret, when she purchased her Mini Coop she wanted it to be white, customized with Gamecock symbols on it.

“I get a lot of honks a lot of waves,” Margaret added. “This just brings the Carolina spirit wherever I go.”

The Mini Coop is trimmed with chrome and has a Gamecock girl logo on the side of the driver’s door, in addition to a garnet racing stripe on the hood and a Gamecock on the rear panel.  

So if you’re traveling to Florida for Saturday’s game and you see Margaret in her “pimped out” Mini Coop don’t be afraid to say hello.

The South Carolina versus Florida game is scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
